What is the process for working with First Home Partners if I’m currently a homeowner?
We will connect a prospective seller with a licensed Coldwell Banker agent in their local market. The agent will list and advertise the property, schedule showings and open houses, evaluate offers, negotiate on your behalf, attend inspections and prepare the necessary paperwork. We recommend using the same agent for your home buying needs to have the entire process go more smoothly. Once the transaction is complete, our benefit features are activated.
What are my options if my assigned agent isn't meeting my expectations?
Your buyer representation agreement is with First Home Partners, not the assigned agent. This gives you the flexibility to choose a different agent if you are unsatisfied with their efforts or your relationship with them.
